Plan a day like this in your schedule and get through all the e-mails, phone calls and small yet unappealing tasks you kept putting off. Imagine the relief this will give you when the work is done!
3. Get rid of gossip karma.
It might seem that gossiping with colleagues creates special bonds and friendships. It does not help improve relationships. Also at a workplace, everybody knows who the gossips are and who can be trusted.
