For each individual session, you can choose an issue you would like to focus on. It can be something that you find the most important or urgent on that day, or something that has been occupying your mind for a longer period.

 

At the beginning of each session we will also discuss, what would be a useful outcome of the session for you (for example: better understanding of your dilemma; finding new alternative options; deciding about an answer you need to give to your boss next week).

Choosing one particular issue, and saying what sort of coaching result would be the most useful, is already an important step. It will help you prioritize and focus your energy and time on what really matters to you.

We will then work on the issue through discussions, questioning, observation, feedback and maybe additional techniques such as exercises in written, imagination techniques, self-discovery homework etc.

At the end of each session you should know more about yourself and you should also have a clear action plan for the coming days.

In between the sessions, you will work on your plan and we will be in contact, for example via e-mails. You can share with me between the sessions or at the beginning of the next meeting how the things worked out, so that we can follow up on it during the next session.

Even if we devote each session to one of your issues, I will as a coach always keep in mind all your big objectives and goals that we defined in the first session. This is to ensure that that every coaching session contributes to the overall goals of our coaching relationship and that your daily steps and partial decisions are in accordance with your life objectives and values.

At the end of our cooperation or agreed number of sessions, we will come back to the coaching goals you had and talk through how we have met them and how coaching has affected your life.
